Healthy Weight Loss Smoothies to get rid of Belly Fat

If you really want to loss weight but in healthier way, then these smoothies are going to be you saviors. Whether it is made of mixed fruits and veggies or individual like beetroot, spinach .. I bet they are going be your go to recipes for weight loss.You can include them in breakfast or after workout.

1. Spinach and Beetroot Weight loss smoothie

This is the best smoothie I swear by.. Go on and try this one guys, you will start feeling the lightness in just 3 days 🙂

Ingredients:
Spinach – 1 cup full of spinach leaves
Beetroot – 1 small beetroot
Cucumber – Half cucumber
Apple – 1/4th apple
Ginger – 1 or 2 small pieces
Mint – 10-15 leaves
Tip: (1/2 Banana can be used in place of apple if you are not looking for weight loss but healthy drink/ healthy skin/protein content)

Recipe:
First of all you need is a blender for preparing the smoothie. Make sure you properly wash and clean all the ingredients specially spinach and ginger. Cut beetroot, cucumber and apple into big pieces. Chop the ginger. Clip long stems from the spinach and mint leaves. Put all the ingredients into the jar and blend it until the paste turns really smooth. Pour into a glass and your fresh, healthy and tasty smoothie ready to drink.

Benefits:
Spinach is full of nutrients and minerals, good for skin, good for hair and it is better to drink it in smoothie rather than cooking it if you want better results.
Beetroot is full of iron and nutrients , it is proved that improves athletic performance, lower blood pressure and increase blood flow.
Cucumber and ginger are natural fat burners. You burn more calories in digesting a cucumber than the calories you gain by eating it.
Combination of Ginger and Mint will add taste and make the smoothie refreshing.
Apple/Banana is added to balance the taste and everyone knows ‘an apple a day keeps the doctor away’ :).

Tips:
You may also add honey, salt, black salt or chaat masala according to your taste to make it more interesting.

  2. If you really want to loss weight faster, have lemon and honey warm water in morning. At least one green tea in your daily routine , skip the traditional Indian tea (chai) which has lots of calories.

  4. Detox water is very beneficial for skin and weight loss, you can opt for a weekend cleanse with it.
